I’ll admit it, I used to scoff at celebrity fragrances. My perfume shelf was a shrine to high-end luxury brands – the likes of which you’d find in the beauty halls of Harrods or Selfridges.

To me, celeb fragrances were overly sweet, basic and lacking the longevity of designer scents. That was until Ariana Grande’s Cloud Eau de Parfum came along and shattered my snobbery.

As a chronically online person, I was often seeing fragrance fans wax lyrical about Ariana Grande’s scents on socials and, finding myself alongside the Wicked star’s collection in Superdrug one day, I picked up the baby-blue, cloud shaped bottle and spritzed to find out what all the fuss was about.

Low and behold, a waft of fresh, and dare I say it luxurious, scent filled the air. It’s sweet, don’t get me wrong, but opening notes of lavender and pear paired with a coconut core, and musky, woody base cut through the sugaryness to leave it balanced rather than sickly. In a word, it’s incredible.

I can also see why fans are comparing it to the viral (and incredibly expensive) Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540.

It’s not exactly alike as BR540’s hallmark notes of saffron, jasmin and ambroxan simply aren’t there, but it’s definitely comparable in some aspects. I’d say it’s a sweeter, creamier and more playful version of Cloud.

Expecting the scent to disappear after an hour, I carried on with my day but started to notice the scent several hours after my Superdrug spritz. So often celebrity scents lack longevity but I must say, this one did linger on throughout the day and lasted well.

After my epiphany, it didn’t take long for a bottle of Cloud to earn a permanent spot in my fragrance collection. And I’m not the only one. The fragrance has racked up thousands of rave reviews online, with fans hailing it as their ‘most-complimented’ scent ever.

One reviewer, Dalton O, wrote: ‘Ariana Grande Cloud Eau de Parfum is everything you could want in a fragrance – sweet, dreamy, and perfectly balanced. It wraps you in a soft, airy scent that feels comforting yet luxurious. This perfume is an absolute favorite! The only downside is that men love it and I hate men.’

And rater, Rachael Edmans, said: It’s a really beautiful smell. Lingers in the air, good value for money, good quality. Would make an excellent gift. Nice size bottle for the price, cute appearance as well.’

Kiera, another reviewer, penned: ‘Favourite perfume out there! Amazing value for money and it’s my go to perfume!’

Having shopped and worked on multiple Amazon Prime Day deal events, I’m often asked what to buy, or more specifically, what I’m buying – so here’s the most random list of goodies that I think you might want to look at.

Summer 2025 just got hotter, as Skyscanner has revealed a new tool helping you get more bang for your buck.

The travel firm recently announced the launch of Drops, which helps holidaymakers find the best flight deals for their upcoming journeys.

Comparing over 80 billion prices every single day, the feature (which is only available in the app) was created to show all significant price drops from a selected airport.

That means you’ll be able to time your booking to take advantage of fares that are at least 20% lower compared to the past week.

It can make a big difference too, as data collected between January 1 and January 31 showed that the average savings equated to £68 – in many European hotspots, that’s an entire night’s accommodation.

One trip to the popular winter sun destination, Dubai, saw a £417 drop in the space of a week, while long-haul favourites like New Delhi, New York, and Toronto were offered to Skyscanner travellers with decreases of over £200.

But while the biggest savings tend to be on the most expensive journeys,Dublin won out as the place with more frequent drops than any other city in the UK and Europe.

Alongside using tools like this to ensure you get the best deal, Skyscanner recommends booking flights on a Wednesday, as this is when they’re cheapest.

If you can’t wait until then though, be sure to book before 9am any day of the week. Much like the saying, the early bird really does catch the worm.

Laura Lindsay, Skyscanner’s travel expert, said in a statement: ‘Our latest Travel Trends 2025 Report revealed 67% of UK travellers consider the cost of flights the major factor in their holiday decision-making process.

‘We want to help cost-conscious travellers find and book that all-important next trip with ease and confidence, and with Drops they have easy access to incredible deals at their fingertips, where they can be sure they’re getting a good bargain.’

So, where are the best deals?

At the time of writing, Drops showed that trips out of London with the biggest decrease in cost were to India’s capital city, New Delhi.

At £926 for a round trip in and out of London Heathrow (departing on April 8 and returning on April 28), it comes in £1384 cheaper than last week.

Other bargains worth looking at include a four-night trip to Portugal’s Madeira – known as the ‘pearl of the Atlantic’ – between May 25 and June 2, with return flights from London Stansted down £37 from last week, currently costing just £126.

Or, if a last-minute city escape is calling your name, you can head to Barcelona in Spain tomorrow and return the following Friday, March 28, for just £106 return out of London Gatwick — a £102 drop compared to last week.

Whatever you choose, be sure to do it quickly. Skyscanner urges travellers to get in fast if they spot a tempting offer, highlighting that prices fluctuate constantly, and ‘the Drop you originally saved might not always remain the price you saved it at’.

This Air Fryer helps to air fry, roast, crisp, dehydrate and reheat any ingredients, while using less oil. Instead of a pull out drawer, the Air Fryer mechanism sits on top of glass cookware, which are thermal-shock resistant. What’s included with the Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer?

The set includes two glassware containers, which measure 1.4 litres and  3.8 litres, two non-stick crisper plates, storage lids, as well as a PowerPod Adaptor. The glass containers are large enough to cook a large family, and fit a whole chicken in. 

The main PowerPod features four pre-programmed settings, Roast, Air Fry, Recrisp, and Keep Warm, plus you can adjust the timing to suit your cooking preferences. 

The Air Fryer is powered by a mains supply, so you can use in your home, but also take it with you on the go too, as long as there is a mains you can plug it into. 

Using the Ninja Crispi is straightforward. Begin by selecting the appropriate glass container based on the quantity of food you plan to cook. Place the food inside the chosen container, ensuring not to overcrowd it, and to allow proper air circulation. Attach the Crispi PowerPod securely on top of the container. Plug in the appliance, select the desired cooking function, set the appropriate time and temperature, and let it do all the hard work. Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully remove the PowerPod and serve the food directly from the glass container.

Not only is the glassware thermal-shock resistant and can tolerate high temperatures, but it is also safe to store in the freezer, and clean in the dishwasher. Safe to say, Ninja has created the most fuss-free kitchen appliance yet. 

What we love is the design and functionality of this creation. The transparent glass containers allow budding chefs to monitor the cooking process, adding to its user-friendly design. 

The CRISPi Air Fryer measures 34.5cm in height, 30.4cm in width and 34cm in depth. The glassware is detachable, which means the PowerPod head is compact to store away when not in use, especially for those limited on kitchen space. 

Ninja shoppers can’t get enough of this device, which has received an average rating of 4.3 out of five stars.

There isn’t a temperature setting you can adjust, which did concern me a little at first as I tend to tweak the temperature on our other air fryer but it seems to know what it is doing. Special mention goes to the great results I’ve had with Recrisp for things like leftover pizza – works brilliantly.’
