The stars of Gogglebox were hiding behind their hands and screaming after being forced to watch a controversial performance from Britain’s Got Talent.
Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli were back last week for a new series of the variety show but one act did not go down well with the Goggleboxers.
Auzzy Blood – real name Austin Puntin – sparked complaints from viewers, dressed as a gothic clown, shoving a hook through his nose and climbing to the ceiling of the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.
The entire auditorium was filled with gasps, Alesha pushed her red button.
Goggleboxers Mary and Giles Young were left wincing, with Mary covering her eyes and groaning: ‘Oh no, that’s too disgusting.’

Later, she called the act ‘the worst thing I’ve seen’.

Then the act put another hook through his mouth and started twirling the hooks around, grinning at the judges.
Grabbing a cushion, Ronnie and Annie screamed and she complained: F**king hell, no I can’t watch that.’
Referring to the Britain’s Got Talent prize which includes a performance at the Royal Variety, Sophie Sandiford joked: ‘The King’s not going to like this. Camillia, maybe.’

Earlier this week Ofcom confirmed it received almost 700 complaints about the act.

A spokeswoman for Ofcom told Metro: ‘The vast majority of complaints were about Auzzy Blood’s routine. Around 90 of the complainants also complained about nudity in Akira Ohashi’s routine.’
Regardless, Simon loved Auzzy Blood – who looks unrecognisabe in real life – and we’ll likely be enduring him again during the Britain’s Got Talent live semi-finals.
The daredevil already boasts a following of more than 130,000 on Instagram and performed on America’s and Spain’s Got Talent.
