To the Californian, soccer-playing lawyer from Notting Hill at Heathrow, Terminal 5. I needed to borrow your lighter. Hope you chose the Heathrow Express. Maybe discuss further travel plans over a drink?
I saw the most handsome man I’ve ever seen on Thursday at Marylebone Station at around 12.30pm. He was a tall, muscular man with dark blond/light brown hair wearing a blue shirt and carrying a black bag. I was with my dachshund at the Lola’s stand and you walked past. I think you noticed me smile (and probably stare a little too long) because I think you smiled back. I thought you were gone as you continued walking but you ended up walking back the other way, past me again. I was far too shy to speak to you and ask if you’re single which I know is silly and a harmless question won’t hurt. Not sure I’ll ever see you again to ask, but I hope you see this anyway.
You had a moustache, were of average height, had slick brown hair and wore Adidas Superstars. You were on the Tube from Whitechapel to Tottenham Court Road at 8.40am. Meet up?
To the beautiful Asian girl in blue jeans and holding a red package standing by the door on the Central line on Friday. We exchanged glances and you gave me a big smile as you got off at Bank station. I can’t forget your smile and your eyes. Would love to see you and your smile again over a drink.
You nearly went flying as you tried to put your suitcase full of ‘books’ (more like car batteries) on the 10.23pm Stockport to Sheffield train on March 4. We chatted and I offered to help. I wanted to be all macho and lift it like it was nothing, but it was pretty heavy! You were pretty and smiley. Maybe I can get you a Kindle, save both our backs!
You had dark hair and a warm smile. We had a friendly chat while waiting for our respective films to start on the first warm Sunday of March. I hope you liked The Umbrellas Of Cherbourg. It would be nice to pick up the conversation, Stacey, and perhaps see a film together.
I got on your bus – the No.53 in Liverpool going to Crosby – and you smiled at me. We spoke about our love of bikes. Maybe we should go for a ride soon.
To the girl with long ginger hair dressed in a white top and white trousers, standing at St Andrews Square tram stop Edinburgh Park & Ride on Sunday evening. I just wanted to tell you I’ve travelled the world and you’re the most beautiful human in it. Absolutely mesmerising.
