PIC FROM Kennedy News and Media (PIC SHOWS: MARNIE MOORE, THEN FOUR, IN HOSPITAL AFTER DRINKING A SLUSHY) A mum claims her tot went 'floppy and unconscious' minutes after gulping a slushy - now she believes children under 12 should be banned from having the 'poisonous' iced drink. Kim Moore, from Burnley, Lancashire, faced every parent's worst nightmare when her four-year-old daughter Marnie suddenly went 'pale and unresponsive' at a children's party.
