Naomi Watts’ daughter is seemingly keen to follow her famous mum’s footsteps into the world of showbiz, having made her runway debut at Paris Fashion Week.
The 56-year-old British actress shares Kai, 16, with American movie star Liev Schreiber, 57, whom she dated for 11 years from 2005 until 2016.
Naomi and The Perfect Couple’s Liev have remained supportive co-parents since parting ways romantically and also share Sasha, born in 2007.
This weekend, the King Kong star couldn’t have been prouder as her youngest walked the catwalk for Valentino.
Stepping out in the French capital, the teen owned the stage in a knit snakeskin mini-dress complete with a feathered collar.
She also wore blue-tinted shades and a beige headband, concealing most of her long, blonde locks.
Completing the outfit, Kai was styled in white floral tights and a pair of matching heels with a flower ankle strap.
The budding supermodel oozed confidence and empowerment while strutting her stuff, with doting mother Naomi later sharing a slew of snaps and behind-the-scenes content on Instagram.
She wrote to her two million followers: ‘That’s my @maisonvalentino baby! I’m squealing with pride. Ilysm @kaischreiberrr ❤️’
The Gypsy actress also shared a video capturing her live reaction to the show.
Naomi watched Kai’s catwalk debut on her laptop from bed and could be heard whooping and gasping with emotion behind her phone before showing her face, clearly overwhelmed with pride.
Her famous pals were also keen to shower Kai with praise, as Julianne Moore commented three red hearts on Naomi’s post.
Fans also hailed Kai as a ‘stunner’ and said she ‘killed it’ on the runway.
Taking to her own Instagram page after the show, Kai wrote that her heart was ‘so full’, with Naomi commenting: ‘Be still my beating heart!! 🙌♥️🙌 bravo darling ILSM and what a show!! [sic]’

Naomi famously heaps praise on her kids for the world to read. In December, she celebrated Kai’s 16th with a post reading: ‘Darling Kai. Happy sweet sixteen. Your sweetness is pure and I’m the luckiest mommy in the world and that world is SO lucky that you are here!

Following their amicable split, Naomi’s Liev married Taylor Neisen while she found love with Billy Crudup.
