Naomi Watts posed on the red carpet with her son Sasha Schreiber in what is a rare public appearance for the duo.
Believe it or not, Sasha is only 17-years-old and is already a whole head taller than his King Kong actress mum, 56.
The pair looked happy as can be as they posed for pictures at Naomi’s new film – The Friend – premiere at the New York Film Festival in Alice Tully Hall on October 3.
Standing side-by-side, both wore black, and Naomi looked stunning in a sheer corseted dress, with a shimmering skirt and large dangling earrings.
Meanwhile, the teen wore all black with a blazer and trousers, completing the look with a thin gold chain around his neck.
The film, which has an IMDb rating of 6.2/10, follows Naomi in the role of a writer who adopts a Great Dane dog that belonged to a late friend and mentor.
Based on the 2018 novel by Sigrid Nunez, the drama has been adapted to the screen by Scott McGehee and David Siegel.
Starring alongside Naomi is comedian Bill Murray and Fresh Off The Boat star Constance Wu.
It’s not often Naomi is pictured together with her son, who may also be a budding actor himself having voiced a young wolf in 2016’s The Jungle Book.
Naomi and her then-boyfriend Liev Schreiber welcomed Sasha in 2007, followed by their trans daughter Kai the following year.
In 2016, Naomi and Liev – who starred in films including X Men Origins: Wolverine and Spotlight – went their separate ways after 11 years, but have been open about remaining friends for their two children.
‘We’re doing things very differently. I’m pretty proud of us, corny as that may sound,’ Naomi told Net-a-Porter in August 2019.
‘We’ve made it our absolute priority to be good and kind to each other and we’re absolutely committed to that.’
Since their split the pair have made good on that promise, appearing in various TikToks with their kids together, and Liev even congratulated his ex on tying the knot with The Morning Show actor Billy Crudup last year.
She and Billy starred in Netflix psychological thriller series Gypsy in 2017 as a husband and wife, prior to confirming their relationship.
Oscar-nominated Naomi – known for Mulholland Drive, King Kong and The Impossible – announced the news she and Billy had wed in an Instagram post in June last year, simply writing, ‘Hitched,’ alongside some wedding snaps.
Billy shares a son with Weeds and The West Wing actress Mary-Louise Parker, with whom he was in a relationship from 1996 until 2003.

He also dated Homeland star Claire Danes from 2003 until 2006, after starring in period drama Stage Beauty together.
Announcing her and Liev’s split in a joint statement, they said: ‘Over the past few months we’ve come to the conclusion that the best way forward for us as a family is to separate as a couple.
‘It is with great love, respect and friendship in our hearts that we look forward to raising our children together and exploring this new phase of our relationship.
‘While we appreciate your curiosity and support, we ask the press to be mindful of our children and respect their right to privacy.’
