It uses vacuum insulation to keep your cool drink cold for up to 11 hours, or two days when iced, though it can also keep hot drinks warmer for longer too. The Flowstate lid can be rotated to cover three areas to best suit your drinking preferences.There is a hole for the straw to fit in, or to slurp straight from the cup, as well as seal over all openings for a leak-proof portable cup.
